Premature Redemption of Baltic Trust Bank Mortgage Bonds In accordance with paragraph 6.7, regarding redemption of mortgage bonds, of the brochure on mortgage bonds of 2.5 YR LVL A02 series, the Board of JSC Baltic Trust Bank has decided (resolution No 43/6 of June 18, 2007) to redeem BTB mortgage bonds of 2.5 YR LVL A02 series (ISIN LV0000800282) on August 15, 2007. The quantity of redeemable mortgage bonds is 30,000, and the volume by nominal value - LVL 3,000,000. The quantity of redeemable mortgage bonds is 30,000, and the volume by nominal value - LVL 3,000,000. In accordance with paragraph 6.7, regarding redemption of mortgage bonds, of the brochure on mortgage bonds of 5 YR USD B02 series, the Board of JSC Baltic Trust Bank has decided (resolution No 43/8 of June 18, 2007) to redeem BTB mortgage bonds of 5 YR USD B02 series (ISIN LV0000800308) on August 15, 2007. The quantity of redeemable mortgage bonds is 30,000, and the volume by nominal value - LVL 3,000,000.
