Changes in the management bodies of subsidiaries

AS Kalev decided yesterday to recall Alar Pink as member of the supervisory
board of AS Kalev Meedia in connection with his election as director of this
Kalev subsidiary. The supervisory board of AS Kalev Meedia made the decision to
appoint Alar Pink member of the management board and to recall Oliver Kruuda,
who had served to this point as director. Kruuda will continue starting today
as member of the supervisory board of AS Kalev Meedia. It was also decided
yesterday to appoint Alar Pink to the position of director of AS Kalev Meedia
subsidiary OÜ Eesti Spordikanal. 

In connection with the abovementioned restructuring of the management bodies of
the media companies in the AS Kalev Group, Alar Pink was recalled from the
position of member of the management boards of the following AS Kalev
subsidiaries: AS Kalev Chocolate Factory, AS Kalev Jõhvi Tootmine and AS Vilma.
With today's decision of AS Kalev, member of the supervisory board Andres
Rannamäe was recalled from the supervisory boards of these subsidiaries before
the end of his term. He was replaced by Alar Pink. 

Alar Pink has been employed as the Kalev Group's director of marketing since
2001, and he holds positions in management bodies of various Kalev
subsidiaries. According to Kalev's chairman of the board, Oliver Kruuda, Alar
Pink will remain responsible for the group's marketing and product development
areas, in addition to the Kalev media project. Alar Pink does not hold shares
in AS Kalev.
