SWECO acquires company in Norway

SWECO's subsidiary SWECO Grøner has acquired the northern Norwegian engineering
consultancy NNBK Finmark with 14 employees.

NNBK Finmark has a strong market position in northern Norway and offers
consultant servicies as planning, design and construction management. The
company has officies in Alta and Hammerfest.

Earlier this year SWECO acquired the northern Norwegian consultancy AT Consult
with 27 employees.

- We continue to grow in northern Norway. Through the acquisitions of NNBK and
AT Consult we have strengthen our market position in this important region, says

SWECO Grøner is one of Norway's leading consulting engineering companies, with
close to 600 employees. The company offers consulting services in energy, water
and environment, structural engineering, transport and civil engineering, as
well as building service systems.

Since 2006 SWECO has acquired five companies in Norway.
