The draft tender offer document has also been communicated to Aldata Solution Oyj. Once the tender offer document has been approved by the supervisory authority, the tender offer will commence. Sauna Acquisition LLC indicatively expects the tender offer document to be approved by 28 June 2007, and this being the case, the offer would commence on 29 June 2007, or as soon as practicable thereafter.
