MS. SUSANNA MARKLUND APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE OF IR AND
PRESS RELATIONS AT ELEKTROBIT CORPORATION

MMSc Susanna Marklund, 39, has been appointed Director, IR and Press
Relations of Elektrobit Corporation ("EB") as of August 15, 2007. She
joins EB from BasWare Corporation where she has worked from last
August as Communications Manager. In 2001-2006, she worked in the
Corporate Communications of M-real Corp. and prior to that as
Information Officer both in the Finnish Ministry of Interior as well
as in the Finnish Prime Minister's Office.

Susanna Marklund will report to CFO Seppo Laine.
