Lietuvos energija AB lost the shares of the liquidated associated company DC Baltija

Following the liquidation of Baltijas Energosistemu Dispečeru Centrs BO SIA
(hereinafter  - DC Baltija), Lietuvos energija AB lost 33.33 per cent of DC
Baltija shares. 

The dispatch control functions, which were performed by DC Baltija, have been
taken over by the power companies of the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia and
Estonia).
