Europeinvestment A/S has today notified the terms of issuing 3,490,000 new
shares in Eu-ropeinvestment A/S to Aladdin Investments Services Ltd.
Europeinvestment A/S has now issued  38,401,750 shares. 

After the issue of 3,490,000 shares to Aladdin Investment Services Ltd., its
shareholder has increased to: 

	12,490,000 shares, corresponding to 32,52 % of the share capital.
