PA Resources: Production- and Sales Report May, 2007


This report summarizes production and sales of crude oil and gas in the PA
Resources Group during the month of May 2007. The next report will summarize
the second quarter 2007 and will be released in August. 

Total production
 Total oil- and gas production in the Group during May 2007:  639,000 BOE

Crude oil
 Average oil production per day during May 2007:	20,607 barrels per day
 Total oil production during May 2007:		639,000 BOE
 Accumulated oil production January - May 2007:	1,902,000 BOE 
 Oil sales during April and May 2007: 		1,152,000 BOE
      - Here of export sales		830,000 BOE
      - Here of local sales		322,000 BOE
 Average sales price during April and May 2007:	64.56 USD per barrel 

Gas
 No gas has been produced or sold during the month of May.

Comments
 All the production for May 2007 comes from the Tunisian assets. This includes
the fields Didon, Douleb, Semamma, Tamesmida and Ezzaouia. The El Bibane field
continues to be shut down awaiting work-over and new wells to be drilled. 
 Production regularity on the Didon field was recorded to 94.6 percent for the
period of April and May and the produced water content remains unchanged in the
wells with 0.3 percent.
