COSTA MESA, Calif., June 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Emulex Corporation (NYSE:ELX) today announced that Stratus Technologies has chosen the Emulex FibreSpy(r) Model 850 Embedded Storage Switch for use in its new ftServer(r) V Series family. The industry-leading FibreSpy embedded switches provide high-performance storage system infrastructure to the Stratus systems, offering customers the ability to deploy reliable storage environments.
