New incentive program in Satair A/S

The Board of Satair has decided to roll out a new incentive program in the form
of a combined option/bonus program. Under the program up to a total of 338,488
options will be available for grant based on the fulfillment of predefined
financial targets, and participation in the program will be open to members of
the Executive Management and a number of people in key management positions in
the global organization.
