On 25 June, 2007 the Board of Directors in Europeinvestment A/S has decided a
capital increase by converting of debt to Aladdin Investment Services Ltd.
Please refer to Stock Exchange Notification from 25 June, 2007. As a
consequence hereof, new Articles of Association for Europeinvestment A/S are
hereby notified. The amendments of the Articles of Association and the other
decisions made at the Board Meeting on 25 June, 2007 have been registered by
the Commerce and Companies Agency today, 26 June 2007.
