Alm. Brand A/S - Holding of tresary shares increased
Pursuant to section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby announce
that since the most recent “Section 28 report”, Alm. Brand A/S and its
subsidiaries have increased their holding of treasury shares to 2,104,511,
equivalent to 9.42 % of the share capital in Alm. Brand A/S.
In the most recent report on treasury shares dated 27 February 2007 Alm. Brand
A/S and its subsidiaries held a total of 1,650,922 shares, equal to 7.39 % of
the share capital.
Under Alm. Brand´s DKK 600m share buyback programme running from the date the
annual report was released until the end of January 2008 Alm. Brand has now
repurchased DKK 190,015,334 worth of treasury shares.
