Hakon Invest strengthens the Executive Committee

Hakon Invest has decided to strengthen the Executive Committee by
including Stein Petter Ski, Senior Investment Manager in the company
since the start in 2005.

Pursuant to Hakon Invest's strategy with an increasing number of
portfolio companies, Stein Petter Ski has been appointed to the
Executive Committee and be responsible for Portfolio Investments and
will consequently lead the value creation of the portfolio companies.

Göran Hesseborn, CFO, retains the responsibility for finance, asset
management and accounting. The change will enable Göran to take a
more focused responsibility for the controlling function of the
holding in ICA AB.

The other members in company management, consisting of CEO
Claes-Göran Sylvén, General Councel Fredrik Hägglund, SVP
Communication Anders Hallgren, will continue with their
responsibilities.

The change will take effect as of July 1, 2007.
