Enlargement of the board of directors of Peab Industri

The AGM of Peab resolved to distribute the industry business to the
shareholders. The business will be distributed as shares in Peab Industri AB,
the B-share of which is planned for listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in
October 2007.

Prior to listing, the board of directors of Peab Industri has been enlarged by
an additional two members.

Eva Hörwing, born 1965, has been CEO of Byggelit AB since 2003, a member of the
board of directors of EcoBuild on the campus of the Royal Institute of
Technology in Stockholm and of Byggelit AB. Eva Hörwing has previously worked as
a marketing consultant and entrepreneur and worked for 8 years in Spendrups
Brewery, among things on branding and product development issues. Eva Hörwing is
independent both of the company and management and of the major shareholders.

Mats O Paulsson, born 1958, is today managing director of Peab Industri AB and
deputy managing director of Peab AB, where he has been employed since 1999. Mats
O Paulsson is deputy chairman of the Swedish Construction Materials Federation.
Mats O Paulsson is independent of the company and management and independent of
the major shareholders.

After re-appointment, the board of directors of Peab Industri consists of:
Mats Paulsson, chairman, Jan Segerberg, Kjell Åkesson, Eva Hörwing
Sara Karlsson, Fredrik Paulsson, and Mats O Paulsson, Managing Director
