Tilgin appoints Ola Berglund as new CEO

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, June 27, 2007 - Tilgin, a leader in customer premises
equipment (CPE) for triple play and IMS solutions, today announces that its
Board of Directors appointed Ola Berglund, former Chief Operating Officer (COO),
as new CEO at the board meeting on June 26, 2007.

The Board of Directors has evaluated the company's business and has on the basis
of a more customer driven market development towards IP-based services assessed
the need for new leadership. The company needs a new CEO in order to reassure
the transformation of the company's today unexploited intellectual capital in
shape of software and integration competency towards new business with higher
margins.

One important task for the new CEO will be to position Tilgin as an innovative
company with deep expertise within the fast growing areas of messaging and
multimedia services, such as Triple Play and IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystems),
where the company's concept “Tilgin IMS@Home” has been well received.

”Tilgin has grown fast and become an internationally established company under
the leadership of Jan Werne, says Johnny Sommarlund, Chairman of the Board.
“Despite this, it is the Board's opinion that the company in its next phase is
in need of a leader with more explicit software alignment and with experience of
delivering system solutions. We believe that Ola Berglund is the right leader to
take the company further.”

Ola Berglund has held the position of COO at Tilgin since January 2007.
Previously Ola Berglund was president and CEO of Enea AB and has more than 20
years experience in working with international software companies and more than
15 years in different management positions.

Ola Berglund takes on the position of CEO as of June 27, 2007. Jan Werne will be
available to the CEO and the Board of Director until October 1, 2007.
