On June 21, 2007, Old Mutual announced plans to de-list the company’s share from the Stockholm Stock Exchange (SSE) and to make the share available for trading on the SSE External list. Last day of trading for the Old Mutual share on SSE will be September 7, 2007. Providing that the Old Mutual share is available for trading on the External list at latest on September 10, options and futures contracts in Old Mutual will continue until expiration.
