Anders Böös transfers shares to endowment assurances

Anders Böös has during the period June 19-21 transferred 600,000 shares in
Cision, owned through family and companies, to endowment assurances. Anders
Böös' holding in Cision, now through family and endowment assurances, remains
800,000 shares.
