PANOSTAJA HAS BOUGHT THE ENTIRE SHARE CAPITAL OF LAHDEN LÄMPÖKÄSITTELY OY AND   
HEATMASTERS OY                                                                  

Panostaja Oyj has today signed an agreement on acquiring the entire share       
capital of Lahden Lämpökäsittely Oy and Heatmasters Oy according the preliminary
agreement published on 12th June 2007.
