Aldata Solution Oyj expects its net sales for 2007 to grow by 5-10 per cent compared to the net sales in 2006 and the full year operating profitability to be at or slightly above the previous year's level. In the second quarter the net sales are expected to be lower than in the second quarter of 2006 and the result is expected to be clearly negative. The estimates do not include non-recurring costs related to the current tender offer. The company has decided to revise its guidance as business activity in the second quarter has been lower than expected. The lower activity is partly a result of the proposed takeover of the company, resulting in pro-longed sales cycles.
