The Board of Directors issues 349,000 warrants to each of the three members of the Board of Direc-tors, a total of 1,047,000 warrants equivalent to nominally DKK 5,235,000 or 3 % of the present share capital. Vesting of the warrants takes place by 1/36 of the total number of warrants each month the warrant holder is member of the Board of Directors. The subscription price is DKK 5 each share.
