Due to a business transaction between exchange member Mandatum Securities Ltd. and Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch, the following change of membership will take place:
Mandatum Securities Ltd.’s business operations will be transferred to Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch on June 30, 2007. Following the transaction, the cash membership of Mandatum Securities Ltd. at Stockholm Stock Exchange will be terminated on June 30, 2007. All trading activities will be transferred from Mandatum Securities Ltd. to Danske Bank A/S as of this date.
Danske Bank A/S will continue using Mandatum Secutities Ltd.’s member ID MDT in its trading activities conducted from Helsinki along with its member ID DDB. The two IDs MDT and DDB will be used in parallel until further notice.
Presuming the business transaction takes place on June 30, 2007.
