Xlibris Releases No Cats in Vietnam -- New Book is An Autobiography of An Author Who Learned So Much From His Life

WILMINGTON, Del., June 29, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- For author Thomas F. Bayard, life is the greatest learning experience anyone can have and no matter how hard we try, destiny could never be altered. These are some of the important lessons that readers will learn as Xlibris announces the release his autobiography No Cats in Vietnam.

Created in response to someone's suggestion, No Cats in Vietnam looks back at the long and interesting life of the author including his humble beginnings in Delaware, growing up as World War II went on, getting assigned to duty in Vietnam and more. Raised in great privilege, Bayard studied in prestigious schools such as Friends School in Wilmington, East Coast Episcopalian Boarding School and Stanford University. Through his years of learning, he learned to work hard at the expense of enjoying his youth. The book also contains in-depth information about the Bayard's French ancestors as well as how they settled in Delaware. As the author recalls the events of the past, he sometimes wondered what he would have become had he not gone the way he did, which should provoke any reader's thoughts.

Despite its title, No Cats in Vietnam is a memoir that will not only touch readers' hearts but also make them reflect about their lives and what they want to do for the future. The book also has historical relevance as well as an in-depth look at culture. Be sure to order a copy of this book by visiting your local bookstore or by logging online at Xlibris.com today!
