Europe Vision Plc has notified that it will not be reporting results for the year ended 31 December 2006 within the timeframe required by the AIM Rules. As a result its trading in the ordinary shares on AIM will be temporarily suspended. Europe Vision Plc has further notified that it is in this position because the valuation process regarding the Company's key asset has taken longer than first anticipated. Europe Vision's key asset is its 11pc stake in the Morocco Film City (MFC) currently being constructed outside Marrakech. Three independent valuations were commissioned, for accounting purposes. Delivery of these valuations was not accomplished by the independent valuers within the time frame originally set down and this has had a knock-on effect on the audit process. Finally, Europe Vision Plc has notified that it is the company's intention to take all necessary and reasonable steps to publish audited annual accounts for the accounting period ended 31 December 2006 by Friday 6 July 2007, at which point trading in the ordinary shares of Europe Vision Plc will be restored. The notification from Europe Vision Plc has not caused the Board of Directors of Europeinvestment A/S to change its view as to the realistic net proceeds in connection with Europeinvestment A/S' sale of its shares in Europe Vision Plc.
