Peab builds a sports ground in Boden

Peab has been contracted to build a combined football ground and sports centre
in Boden. The client is Svea Fastigheter and the contract amounts to about SEK
120 million. The contract will be carried through in a joint venture with
Asfaltsbeläggningar in Boden.

It is a turn-key contract which already has started and it is estimated to be
ready during the summer 2008.
