According to Section 17(2) of Executive Order no. 226 of 15 March 2007 on the issuers' duty of disclosure, notice is hereby given that Ambu A/S's total share capital is DKK 118,762,980 million divided into 1,716,000 class A shares of DKK 10 each corresponding to 17,160,000 voting rights and 10,160,298 class B shares of DKK 10 each corresponding to 10,160,298 vot-ing rights.
