Notabene.net, new shares will be admitted to trading with effect from 6 July 2007

Notabene.net A/S - issue as a consequence of directed issue and exercise of
warrants 

From 6 July 2007, 1,232,215 new shares of nominal DKK 0.10 will be admitted to
trading in the below ISIN code:

The share capital will be increased from DKK 4,603,763.50 (corresponding to
46,037,635 shares) to DKK 4,726,985 (corresponding to 47,269,850 shares). 

848,215 shares have been issued due to the acquisition of Atteno A/S. The
shares have been subscribed at DKK 5.60 per share. 

384,000 shares have been issued due to exercise of warrants. The exercise price
is DKK 0.60. 


The capital increases have been registered with the Danish Commerce and
Companies Agency.
