Aarsleff to execute foundations for the offshore wind farm, Horns Rev 2

Today, Aarsleff and German Bilfinger Berger AG have entered into a contract
with Dong Energy on establishment of foundations for the offshore wind farm,
Horns Rev 2.

The contract comprises production and installation of 92 mono piles in lengths
up to 40 metres and a weight between 150 and 200 tons. Besides the mono pile
which is a steel pipe, the foundation consists of a steel transition piece with
a weight of 130 tons and a length of 18 metres. The diameter of the foundations
is 4.2 metres.

Planning, design and production of piles are scheduled to begin after the
summer break 2007. Establishment of the foundations will take place in the
period from March to September 2008 and the windturbines are to be installed in
2009.

The wind farm will be established approx. 40 nautical miles, corresponding to
70 kilometres, west of Esbjerg and northwest of the existing Horns Rev 1 Wind
Farm from 2002. When Horns Rev 2 is put into operation in 2009, the annual
production is estimated to correspond to the energy consumption of 200,000
households or approx. 2 % of the total Danish electricity consumption. Dong
Energy does not want to publish the contract value.

The project is carried out in an equally shared consortium with German
Bilfinger Berger AG, with Aarsleff as the leading party. Aarsleff and Bilfinger
Berger AG already cooperate on other projects, e.g. the Citytunnel Project in
Malmø.

In 2002/2003 Aarsleff established the 73 foundations for the Nysted Offshore
Wind Farm at Rødsand south of Lolland. The Nysted Offshore Wind Farm is owned
by Dong Energy and the wind farm is the world's largest of its kind until the
completion of Horns Rev 2.

We do not expect this contract to affect the profit for the current financial
year which ends on 30 September 2007. The outcome of the project will be
included in the forecasted result for the financial year 2007/2008 which will
be announced as usual in connection with the announcement of the annual results
for the financial year 2006/2007.
