Capital reduction in William Demant Holding A/S 9:25am CEST
As stated in stock exchange announcement no 2007-05, it was decided at William
Demant Holding A/S's ordi¬-nary general meeting on 29 March 2007 to reduce the
Company's share capital by nominally DKK 2,336,675
of the Company's holding of own shares.
The reduction was published in the electronic information system of the Danish
Commerce and Companies Agency on 30 March 2007.
The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised.
Thus, the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency is notified of the capital
reduction today.
After the capital reduction, the share capital of William Demant Holding A/S
amounts to DKK 60,986,527.
