Aarhus Lokalbank Aktieselskab - registered bonus issue without trade in bonus
rights
The board of directors of Aarhus Lokalbank A/S has decided to increase the
company's share capital through a 10:1 bonus issue.
Consequently, OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen has decided to admit 250,000 new
shares of DKK 10 to listing in the existing ISIN code of Aarhus Lokalbank with
effect from 10 July 2007.
