On June 1, 2007, a subsidiary of the AS Eesti Ehitus called UAB Eurocon LT was registered in Lithuania, 70% of the shares of which will be owned by AS Eesti Ehitus. The chief executive officer of the undertaking is Remigijus Tranas. At the moment, the final formalities are being taken care of so that the company could start its operation on the Lithuanian construction market as a general contractor and project management firm.
