Securitas Direct AB: Information about the incentive programme

The incentive programme for executive management and key employees
within the Securitas Direct Group has been of great interest. 79
people have subscribed to 7,420,000 warrants, which have been
purchased by the participants to market price.

On 16 May 2007, the Annual General Meeting resolved to implement an
incentive programme for executive management and key employees within
the Securitas Direct Group. The programme consists of warrants with a
right to subscribe to new series B shares during the period 30 June
2010 up to and including 30 June 2014.

The executive management subscribed fully to their allotments.
