JAPROTEK OY AB, A SUBSIDIARY OF VAAHTO GROUP, WILL DELIVER PROCESS MACHINERY TO
OMG KOKKOLA CHEMICALS OY 

Japrotek Oy Ab, located in Pietarsaari, will deliver super-austenitic steel
process machinery to OMG Kokkola Chemicals Oy. The order sum is approximately
3.6 million euros. The delivery will take place between March and November
2008. 

Japrotek Oy Ab is part of Vaahto Group, which is a globally operating high
technology company serving process industry in the fields of pulp and paper
machinery and process machinery.
