As from September 10th, 2007 the Old Mutual Plc (Old Mutual) shares will be admitted for trading on the Xternal list for foreign companies (ISIN code GB0007389926, short name: OLDM, order book ID: 33014, board lot 500).
Information about the trading in Old Mutual at the Xternal list will be sent out in the same way as for shares traded at OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm (the Exchange). The information about the trading in Old Mutual can be found under the heading “Xternal list” for foreign companies.
Old Mutual is primary listed at the London Stock Exchange but will not be listed at the Exchange. This means that the Exchange does not have a listing agreement with Old Mutual and that the Exchange’s rules regarding distribution of information to the Swedish Market are not applicable. Investors will find information about price sensitive events, reports etc on Old Mutual’s website or through other public sources used for distribution of information for British companies.
