Resignation of employee elected to the Boards of Directors of Topdanmark and
Topdanmark Forsikring 

Luise Hanssing, elected by employees to the Boards of Directors of Topdanmark
and Topdanmark Forsikring, will move to a new job with Topdanmark
Livsforsikring on 1 November 2007 and has therefore chosen to resign from the
Boards at the same time. 

Per Mathiesen, alternate for Luise Hanssing, will join the Boards as a new
member elected by employees.
