In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Orion Corporation, 100,000 A-shares have been converted into 100,000 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 6 July 2007. After the conversion there are 53,388,035 A-shares and 87,869,793 B-shares in the company.
