Statement of leading management and related parties' trade with Søndagsavisen   
a-s shares                                                                      

Pursuant to the Danish Securities Trading Act §28a is hereby given the following
notification:                                                                   

Britt and Richard Bunck have transferred their shares of Søndagsavisen a-s to   
the holding company Baunegård ApS fully owned and controlled by Britt and       
Richard Bunck.                                                                  

In this regard the following transactions have taken place:
