MetaPower International, Inc. Announces Sales for Qtr 1, 2007


LAS VEGAS, July 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- MetaPower International (Pink Sheets:MTPW) announced their sales figures for the first quarter of 2007. Sales for the first quarter were $382,775 as compared to $311,043 a year ago, a 19% year to year sales increase. This information represents the performance of MetaPower Inc. which was acquired by MetaPower International's predecessor company in April of this year.

"These numbers reflect MetaPower's business development efforts and put us on track with our business plan. Final first and second quarter results for MetaPower International, Inc will be released by the end of July, 2007. We are forecasting earnings of $200,000 on revenues of $2,000,000 for calendar year 2007, and the first quarter sales are on track for this performance," stated Ken Allen, CEO of MetaPower International.
