AMF Capital Files Lawsuit Against Former Chairman and Director Jeppe L. Hansen


LAS VEGAS, July 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- AMF Capital, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ACPI) announced this morning that it has commenced an action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against former Chairman and Director, Jeppe L. Hansen. In its Complaint, AMF seeks compensatory and punitive damages as a result of Mr. Hansen's securities fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting, misappropriation and conversion of corporate assets, and breach of contract.
