Please be informed that the updated and supplemented 2007 Investor's Calendar
is placed on AB Ūkio bankas website www.ub.lt: 
1) Ūkio bankas will announce interim financial results on a monthly basis;
2) As the second stage of Ūkio bankas share issue offering is in progress, the
announcement of Ūkio bankas semi-annual results is transferred to 13 July.
