(the "Company" or "Carver") (Nasdaq:CARV) today announced that its common stock will commence trading under its new ticker symbol "CARV" on the Nasdaq Stock Market effective with the opening of the market today. Carver had announced on July 2 its intention to transfer its common stock listing from the American Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Stock Market on or about July 10.
