HOUSTON, July 10, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- T-3 Energy Services, Inc. ("T-3") (Nasdaq:TTES) announced today that effective July 10, 2007, Stephen A. Snider has resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of T-3. Mr. Snider's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.

T-3's Board of Directors has appointed Lisa W. Rodriguez as a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees. Ms. Rodriguez has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hercules Offshore, Inc. since March 2007. Preceding that, Ms. Rodriguez spent ten years at Weatherford International Ltd, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer in 2002, Ms. Rodriguez held various positions in financial management, including Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller.
