(OTCBB:KMAG) (Frankfurt:VVS) announced today that it has completed an agreement to supply its patent pending Dual Tag to a major U.S.-based packaging firm specializing in nutriceutical products. Dual Tag will be added to the packaging of a new food supplement product as the leading edge of a new source-tagging program that is expected to ultimately involve several brands sold through chain drug, discount, and grocery stores, as well as through the traditional health food specialty channel. The agreement is anticipated to generate more than $1 million in annualized revenues for KMA.
KMA's Dual Tag provides theft protection through its innovative combination of two leading Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) technologies in a single, high-speed application. Packaging companies that have adopted the Dual Tag consider it to be a novel innovation.
