TRANSCOM ISSUES SHARES FOR EMPLOYEES' LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN

Transcom WorldWide S.A. (“Transcom” or “the Company”), the European CRM and debt
collection specialist, today announced that following the approval by the Board
of Directors of Transcom of a Long Term Incentive Plan for Employees, the Board
has today resolved to issue 86,789 Class A shares and 86,789 Class B shares and
vested the shares for its Employees in accordance with the rules of the plan.
