Peab appeals against the judgement of the district court in the asphalt case Peab has decided to appeal against the judgement of the district court concerning competition-impeding damages to the Market Court. Peab does not share the judgement of the District Court. The judgement of the District Court, which was announced today, judged competition-impeding damages for Peab amounting to SEK 85 million, comparing to the claim of the Competition Authority amounting to SEK 167. The judged competition-impeding damages will charge the result of the second quarter 2007 as a non-recurring cost.
