Peab to build at Norra Länken in Stockholm Peab has won the contract to build one part of Norra Länken close to Norrtull in Stockholm. The contract is a joint venture with the German company Bilfinger Berger. The client is Vägverket (National Road Administration) and the total contract amounts to SEK 1 265 million, of which Peab's part amounts to SEK 341 million. The work includes tunnels under Norrtullsplatsen, a new traffic place on top of the tunnels and a new railroad bridge for the Värtan line at Norrtull. The work demands a well developed logistic planning, because 125 000 vehicles passes this place of work every day during the seven years long building time.
