Peab to build a commercial centre and offices at Kungsholmen

Peab has been contracted to build a new commercial centre and offices on the old
Skogaholm property at western Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The client is Zeolit
Exploaterings AB and the contract amounts to SEK 500 million.

It is a turn-key contract which has started and it will be completed in parts
during 2009.

 - The old Skogaholm property is located next to Essingeleden with excellent
conditions for communication and exposure. The establishment of a commercial
centre and offices will make western Kungsholmen more attractive for living and
working, says Peab's deputy MD Anders Elfner.
