Deputy MD Mats O Paulsson leaves the management of the Peab Group

At the end of the half-year 2007, deputy MD Mats O Paulsson leaves the
management of the Peab Group. Mats O will in full time focus on his position as
Managing Director of Peab Industri, which the AGM in May 2007 decided to
distribute to the shareholders and afterwards be noted at the OMX Nordic
Exchange Stockholm.

Mats O Paulsson was employed in Peab 1999 and he has among other things been MD
in Swerock, responsible for business area Industry and during the passed years
also for the civil engineering activities of Peab. Mats O has been deputy MD
since 2000.

 - Mats O Paulsson has during his eight years in Peab participated in the
development in the industrial activities of the Group. Now it is quite natural
that Mats O is focusing on Peab Industri and all the possibilities and
challenges, which a new Exchange-listed company faces, says Peab's MD Mats
Paulsson.
