Peab acquires Stockholms Hamnentreprenad

Peab's subsidiary Stockholm Entreprenad has acquired Stockholms Hamnentreprenad.
The company has 35 employees and the turnover 2006 amounted to SEK 70 million.
Stockholms Hamnentreprenad is a municipal company within the city of Stockholm.

Stockholms Hamnentreprenad has its works and activities in and close to water,
mainly for Stockholms Hamnar AB and public administrations within the city of
Stockholm. During several years the company has prepared this conversion into an
independent subsidiary.
