Genovis main owner increases its voting rights

European Institute of Science AB has transferred all its Genovis AB series A
shares to the main owner of the company, Farstorps Gård Förvaltnings AB, in
exchange for a corresponding amount of series B shares (in total 175 990
shares). The transaction means that Bo Håkansson through his company Farstorps
Gård Förvaltnings AB has increased the votes from 17 % to 27 % but without any
change in its 30% capital share of Genovis. European Institute of Science
reduces its votes from 11 % to 1% while its 2% share of the capital of Genovis
remains unchanged. As a result of this transaction, European Institute of
Science AB no longer has an insider position in Genovis AB.
