Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of July 11, 2007
to list, starting with July17, 2007, 90,000 JSC “Paritate banka” 03/EUR series
mortgage bondson the RSE Bond list.
Nominal value is EUR 100. The bonds mature on May 15, 2010; coupon rate is
6-month EUR LIBOR plus 1,55%. Coupon is paid on semi-annual basis on November
15 and May 15. ISIN code is LV0000800464, the Riga Stock Exchange trading code
is PRTBFLOT10AB and SAXESS order book technical ID is 41699.
The issue prospectus has been registered with the Financial and Capital Market
Commission on May 25, 2007 and is available on the Riga Stock Exchange website.
